Paladin is currently seeking a Communications Assistant for a full-time opportunity in New York City. Our client within the non-profit sector is seeking a candidate to produce material for the Public Relations and Marketing teams including but not limited to press releases, social media content and working with cross functional teams.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the day to day execution of social media content
- Track and analyze reports
- Monitor media coverage
- Maintaining the media calendar and distributing press releases
- Developing PowerPoint decks
- Conducting research when needed
- Managing invoices and handling event scheduling
 
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS
- 1-2 years of experience within the communications or public relations sector
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel
