Paladin is in search of full-time Business Development Specialist for our client, a Chicago-based professional services organization. This position will be responsible for opportunity development, relationship management, and strategic campaign execution. You will be making warm and cold sales calls to maintain, upsell and find new customers.  The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, strong verbal and written communication skills, project management skills along with a “can-do” attitude.  Experience using a type of CRM preferred.

The Business Development Specialist Responsibilities Include:
• Daily Pipeline Management Activity – Opportunity Advancing Phone Calls
• Prospecting & Scheduling Appointments
• Consistency maintaining and monitoring activity within the CRM.
• Developing high quality leads
• Relationship development & management
• Timeliness, professionalism, desire to learn.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in business development, demand generation, or selling/lead generation
• Excellent written communication skills & attention to detail
• Experience monitoring & logging results within a CRM
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills – ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with a wide variety of roles and backgrounds.
• Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
