In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with clients and prospective clients, as well as with your own colleagues. Ultimately, the relationships you build will lead to successful connections between your clients and the top candidates in your job market. We are looking for an individual who has marketing, creative, and/or communications experience coupled with genuine people skills. We want people that pride themselves in putting client service and satisfaction first, last, and everything in between.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll seek new clientele via outside sales activity and an effective daily action plan. It will be up to you to sell our staffing services to prospective clients, as well as to cultivate existing client relationships to increase candidate placement. In addition, you’ll create and update client profiles, keep up-to-date with competitor and market knowledge, and collaborate closely with your teammates.
Here’s how you qualify:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related field, required
  • 1-4 years of experience in marketing, creative and/or communications fields
  • Proven success in closing sales and maintaining accounts
  • Previous sales and/or staffing experience highly desired
  • Friend making skills – Outgoing and engaging personality that’s approachable and relatable
  • Excited by the challenge of learning and growing – a desire to fully understand concepts in relation to how they support career goals/company objectives
  • Superior written, verbal, and customer service capabilities
  • Desire for growth – professionally, personally, and monetarily
  • Outstanding problem solving abilities who performs best with competing deadlines
  • Desire to develop professional relationships through networking with companies and individuals
