B2B Brand Marketing Manager
One of Paladin’s Fortune 100 clients has an immediate need for a B2B Brand Manager to join their team. This client is the preferred brand for leading manufacturers around the world. They have been ranked as one of the top places to work, year after year. Due to their aggressive growth not just in the U.S. but globally, they are making significant additions to their corporate marketing communications team to support several distinct product lines. A successful candidate must have experience managing a growing brand in a highly acquisitive environment.  A general understanding of business and financial trends is a plus, as this individual will need to draw on business knowledge to effectively engage with functional leaders at a strategic level.
Looking for a strong Brand Manager that will serve as the company’s brand steward who articulates and supports the company’s brand promise, vision, position, architecture, and strategy to achieve overall business goals.  This position is responsible for developing and executing the company’s corporate brand management strategy, designs and leads the strategy, planning, investment, business integration and execution of corporate brand marketing assets such as brand development, creative/ content development, brand performance measurement, and management of internal and external resources.
Must know how to collaborate with business unit leaders, and sales and marketing teams to build brand alignment, implement strategy and build organizational competencies in brand management.

  • Build a robust, active program for ongoing management, support, and development of the company brand to raise awareness of in the marketplace, increase loyalty among customers, increase preference and facilitate growth and entry into new geographies and markets.
  • Develop and manage a brand and acquisition strategy that will guide the company in how best to align and integrate with acquired brands and maximize their value and our investment in them.
  • Provide clarity and increase support and understanding at the executive level on the value and power of the brand. Improve organizational understanding of the brand’s impact on market value and growth. Engage in and guide discussions across the organization on the topics of brand strategy, brand architecture, and brand integrations.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure unified brand messaging is delivered consistently across the organization and partner with media agencies to reach a larger audience and increase company exposure in the marketplace.
  • Own, monitor, and manage all brand assets both external and internal, including brand strategy, brand experience, acquired brands, brand portfolio, messaging, visual identity, and business alignment.
  • Monitor and examine the state of company brand and the competition to help differentiate the company from the competition and strengthen the position in the marketplace.


  • 12+ years of brand management and marketing communications experience, preferably in global B2B manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or other related field required; Master’s degree a major plus.
  • Experience in developing brand management strategy and leading corporate brand marketing function; global experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating, implementing and measuring the impact of brand marketing programs in a dynamic, high-growth B2B environment.
  • Exceptional and effective writing, editing, and oral communications skills
  • Experience working as a trusted and effective counsel to executives.
  • Strong leadership and influence skill; outstanding interpersonal and team collaboration skills; strong working relationships with marketing leaders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, addressing the needs of multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time with close attention to detail.
  • Ability and willingness to perform both strategic and tactical elements of the role.
