We are working with a long-time client with a marketing team that’s growing. We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager with experience in life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices or similar.
 
In this role you’ll be responsible for owning the development and execution of marketing plans for a designated product portfolio, focusing particularly on downstream marketing in support of lead generation. This includes accountability for development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products - both in the categories of hardware and software. You’ll get to define the content strategy and content for digital campaigns. Lastly, you’ll be counted on to define the business strategy, understand what the market looks like, identify market segmentation and to collaborate on product road mapping.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
• Develop marketing plans, value proposition and positioning by market segment.
• Develop marketing campaigns, tools and programs to drive demand & increase market share.
• Define content strategy and develop content aligned with the target persona(s) to drive brand preference.
• Work with digital marketing team for campaign execution through appropriate digital channels.
• Own the go-to-market plan in close collaboration with the global business units and the regional sales teams.
• Lead the voice of customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities, as well as track market share.
• Collaborate with business units on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing that includes campaign development.
• Industry experience in medical devices, diagnostics, biology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or similar is a BIG plus.
• Experience in developing business strategy including market & customer segmentation, competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis).
• Experience leveraging digital channels for demand generation.
