Our client, a global technology company, is in search of an Art Director in downtown San Francisco. We’re looking for creative thinkers with a fresh, modern and upbeat style. Experience leading digital campaigns for a major brand, agency or tech start-up is a must, along with a well-rounded portfolio showing a solid history of propelling a brand with stunning creative solutions! You will be leading creative direction for projects but also be hands-on in design.  
This is a great opportunity for an energetic, team player who knows the digital space inside and out to join a world-class marketing team that values your input and creativity.
Location: Downtown San Francisco (work on-site only)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Rate: $45-$54/hour, DOE
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4+ months with strong possibility of on-going
What you’ll be doing:
•Directing creative concepts and implementations of all things print and digital (websites, advertising, social media, sales collateral and more)
•Generating inspiring ideas to solve business problems
•Partnering with strategists to establish creative approaches
•Generating solid creative ideas, inspiring creative colleagues and mentoring junior and mid-level creatives
•Establishing a trusted relationship with internal clients, presenting ideas and rationales and being a leader in best practices for digital marketing
•Working closely with ECD to establish direction for creative projects
What You Need to Have Done:
•4-7 years of experience as an art director on recognizable brands, with a substantial amount of digital marketing experience. Agency experience is a huge plus!
•Experience with interactive multi-media projects and knowledge of Flash, video, 3D and/or CS4 preferred
•Provided creative direction and overall leadership for strategic and client direction, whether at an agency, an ecommerce company or a tech company
•Built relationships across disciplines with key client and internal client stakeholders via your exceptional communication skills
•Paid attention to target audiences and creative briefings (or business goals)
•Handled multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines
•Received Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
