Our client, a B2B brand interaction agency located in downtown Chicago, has an immediate need for an Account Executive who is passionate about merging data by blending strategy, creativity, media and technology to create meaningful brand interactions within the B2B world. The successful candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years relevant experience working in the digital and account management area. Agency and B2B account experience is a must.
 
Successful candidates for the Account Executive role must be detail-driven, self-starters, critical thinkers and have the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. The primary role of the Account Executive will be to ensure campaigns run smoothly, manage the day-to-day turnaround of work and ensure deliverables are produced on-strategy, on-time and on-budget.
 
Role: permanent (direct-hire)
Location: Chicago (downtown)
Start date: ASAP – as soon as we find the right candidate!
Salary: Commensurate with experience
 
Responsibilities:

  • Gaining and maintaining familiarity with the client's product, services, competitive and marketing needs
  • Setting up meetings with clients and other agency staff
  • Motivating and empowering internal teams on day-to-day projects
  • Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
  • Briefing creative teams and driving strategies and tactics
  • Acting as a liaison between client and internal teams by maintaining regular contact with both and ensuring that communication flows effectively and proactively
  • Budgeting and estimate development and management
  • Managing and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns through analytics reporting
  • Proactive thinking to help identify opportunities and help position us as strategic partner
