Paladin is working with one of our top agency clients for an Account Director opportunity. They pride themselves on spoiling their clients by expediently producing great creative work time after time. The ideal candidate will need to be resourceful and possess a well-rounded understanding of today’s business, marketing, and digital landscapes in order to generate and sell creative solutions to clients’ toughest challenges. You should possess an innate curiosity to work on virtually any business or brand that walks through the door.
 
This position helps ensure a solid relationship between the agency and the client by making sure the client’s needs and goals are being met on every project. You’ll need to be resourceful as you interface with various agency departments to move projects through on behalf of the client. Your input will be required for development of strategic marketing plans and then, after plans are developed and presented to clients, you will be responsible for carrying out the plan on a daily basis. A strategic thinker is a must!

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 6+ years of ad agency experience required
  • Comfortable and capable of managing day-to-day activities for several client projects simultaneously
  • Develop strong relationships with senior client contacts and agency creative teams
  • Receives client briefings and leads the creative team through each project
  • Presents, sells and defends all agency work/proposals to clients
  • Prepares client invoices, proposals, and marketing communications
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written communication and presentation skills
  • Keeps account coordinator informed of client activities and serves as a mentor
  • Actively seeks additional projects/new business from client contacts
  • Enough 'scrappy' experience to never become paralyzed by time or budget realities
  • A thinker, a day-dreamer, a non-traditional outlier who wants to believe in what they're doing, who they’re doing it with, and who they're doing it for
