Paladin's retained search is an agreement in which the client will
contract
exclusively with Paladin to conduct single or multiple position
searches.
The retainer paid upfront is a fraction amount of the total fee agreed
upon
prior to the onset of the search.
Paladin then provides the client
full
access to its recruiting services, including personalized recruiting
via our
network of professional organizations and affiliations, job board
posting or
advertising as necessary, one on one interviews, professional reference
and
background checks, search and candidate status reports, as well as
bios,
salary history and any professional recommendations necessary.
Paladin commits a specific number of collective recruiter hours per
week to
the search.
Retained search is a contractual agreement between Paladin and its
client in
which the time committed to position fulfillment is specifically laid
out,
national or local market coverage is guaranteed, the time frame is
agreed
upon and a minimum number of candidates interviewed is ensured. Please
