All Paladin candidates must have a minimum of two to three years professional work experience and have worked in his/her field within the last year. Often they are the hidden job seekers who come to Paladin to confidentially find new positions.

We make the direct-hire process as easy for you as possible based on your job specifications, hiring volume, feedback and timing needs.
