Contingent search provides both the client and Paladin flexibility in
searches that don't need to be filled "yesterday".
Contingent search is a conditional agreement between Paladin and its
client.
In a contingent search, the client provides no up-front retainer and
Paladin provides no guarantee in regard to time committed to the
search,
number of candidates contacted or number of candidates interviewed.
The amount of candidates that a client will see is dependent upon many
factors, which might include geography, skill set demand, or available
resources.
A fee is paid to Paladin only when the client hires a candidate
presented by
Paladin. As Paladin's business is client-driven, we strive to find and
present candidates to you as timely as possible and with your hiring
best
interests in mind.
We have completed thousands of contingent searches over the past twelve
years and would be happy to detail our process and Letter of Agreement
to
you via phone or email. Please contact the office nearest you for more
information.
