Timesheets And Other On The Job Info

If you are starting an assignment, download a timesheet for
the region in which you work. Our pay period is from Monday
to Sunday. We require that you submit timesheets to Paladin
at the end of each week you work. For payment, timesheets must
be received on time and signed by you and the client supervisor
for approval.
Timesheet
Associates are paid as employees, which means Paladin is the
employer of record. As the employer, we pay 7.65% of your earnings
for Social Security taxes (FICA and Medicare), workers' compensation
insurance, and other applicable state and federal employer taxes.
We partner with Oasis,
a professional employer organization that manages the processing
of your Paladin paycheck. They handle your W-2, benefits and
all work-related injuries.
Overtime laws apply per state and federal regulations, please
contact your account manager should you have any questions regarding
overtime. All overtime must be pre-approved.
Need
an expense record? Remember, expenses must be pre-approved
by your supervisor and Paladin, and submitted with original
receipts to Paladin's accounting department.
