Major Responsibilities/Duties:
- The ER role is focused on developing and expanding new clients for executive level permanent placement. The end goal is to develop a strong client base and continually grow the business year over year.
- ERs work closely with the Paladin’s Business Development Director to identify and pursue top new business prospects in the market. ERs take a consultative approach with clients to maximize the value Paladin provides at all phases of the recruitment process.
- In this role, you will also recruit to fill positions for your clients. At times, you may work closely with other Account Managers as a partner to develop business and/or service accounts. We have a highly collaborative team and a model that allows for lead sharing with split revenue credit.
- As a Paladin representative, you will be highly visible within the marketing, creative and communications communities cultivating and maintaining Executive level contacts within the industry. You will network within professional associations, online resources and one-on-one. You are also encouraged to participate as a speaker at events or as a spokesperson for public relations efforts.
- In addition to strong previous staffing industry experience, ERs must also have had previous professional experience within at least one of the marketing, creative or communications disciplines. This is an important factor that enables Paladin to provide true peer-to-peer partnerships and counsel to clients and candidates.

Education/Experience:

BDMs work closely with the Regional Manager and Paladin’s National Business Development Director to identify and pursue top new business prospects in the market. BDMs take a consultative approach with clients to maximize the value Paladin provides at all phase of the recruitment process.
In this role you will also recruit to fill positions with many of your clients. As business is built, you will begin to also utilize the Paladin Account Managers to recruit for your positions (splitting the credit for revenue generated from those fills). At all times, you will work closely with the Account Management team as a partner to develop business and service accounts.
As a BDM you will be highly visible within the marketing, creative and communications communities cultivating and maintaining Executive level contacts within the industry. You will network within professional associations, online resources and one-on-one and my participate as a speaker at events or as a spokesperson for public relations efforts.
