Principal/Creative Director of a Marketing Communications Agency
Our agency was in need of a highly-qualified individual with very strong interactive development skills. The candidate needed to be fluent in both HTML (and its subsets) and Flash. This type of developer is hard to find because most of the talented ones are permanent freelancers and we were looking to permanently add this skill to our service offering.
Paladin was able to find several candidates that fell within our criteria range (experience, skills, and salary.) Paladin was also very instrumental in setting up interviews and helping us determine the best candidate at the appropriate salary.
Over the course of time
Once we finalized our candidate selection, our Paladin account manager continued to stay involved in the hiring process. We were able to transition the candidate into our workload immediately. Our new Senior Interactive Developer is doing a great job for us and Paladin periodically checks in to see if he is meeting our needs or if we have any additional needs.
